The Dans Gardens In Haifa is in a very nice part of the city and if you get the right room it has amazing views. It is in walking distance from the Baha'i Gardens and close to many little cafes, shops and bus stops. The breakfast was very good and beautifully presented.
It has steep steps to get up to the lobby but they will send someone down to help you

The hotel had a great breakfast with fresh and plentiful options every day. The staff were helpful in assisting with reservations and finding nearby amenities. It was also convenient that they offered mailing services.
Some of the rooms were in need of renovation, with stains and broken furniture. The cleanliness standards were low, with hair and garbage left from previous guests.

Reasonable price. Good breakfast. Location close to the Carmel center is good.
Staff was noisy when they came out of the hotel building. Access from the road to the lobby is only stairs and we needed to carry heavy suit case up to the lobby.

view of my room (over haifa port); nice and very helpfull staff; rooms are of good size and furnished conveniently
had some troubles with air conditioning in my room, but staff helped quickly; a vending machine for getting water, softdrinks etc. is missing; it can get loud at night because of the traffic to some bars nearby

View of Haifa harbor from my window means I am home. Have stayed there for many years. Breakfasts that can only be found in Israel. Excellent staff, especially Zipora, who has been very helpful in answering my questions.

luxury seaview, location near the centre
not cosy interior, not good food. The personel was not very honest - they recomended us expensive taxi in the airport (550 shekels) instead of opportunity to use more chip aeroport taxi service (100!!!!)

beutiful view good location
1. Booked.net offered either double or twin beds, at check-in time I was told regular rooms have only twin beds, I insisted on double and was upgraded to a suite with double Maitenance is poor: toilet flushing was broken, remote controls did 2. not function, burnt light bulbs Breakfast was very basic, did not take it on second day 3.

The room was functional. The location was good. The breakfast was excellent.
There were no amenities in the room such as tissues and shampoo. The decor is old and needs updating. The steps to the hotel are difficult to manage with luggage. The Wi-Fi was expensive.

The excellent location with great views from the terrace, five minutes from central Carmel, restuarants and cafes and the Baha'i gardens. Room was comfortable, breakfast abundant and varied and a good range of TV channels and obliging staff.
The wi-fi rates were extortionate, esepcially with a free wi-fi cafe' a couple of hundred yards up the street
